Former Jubilee ambassador Chirau Ali Mwakwere has refused to join the Orange Democratic Movement party.
Mwakwere resigned from Jubilee to run for the Kwale county governor. On Thursday Mwakwere joined Wiper party.
During a welcome meeting for him hosted by Mombasa Governor Hassan Joho, Mwakwere had been pushed to declare that he joins ODM.
